The what, how, why and who (we work with)
ICBIG is a UK‑based company dedicated to delivering BIG Solutions for Small Business. We’ve been providing digital solutions since 2002, always with the same ethos: small is beautiful. We focus entirely on SMBs — so much so, that every client we work with has a maximum employee size when they first join us. It keeps us grounded, agile, and focused on the little guy.
We also don’t build personal blogs or hobby websites, so we can stay focused entirely on businesses and supporting them. These conditions aren’t harsh; they protect us from growth creep and keep our attention where it belongs. Corporate customers tend to pull focus away from the small‑business community we enjoy working with, so in general we choose to not work with them.

A: Because that’s where real relationships happen. We’ve worked with corporates before — but SMBs are where we belong (take a look at our history here).

A: Quite simply, we started in New Zealand and we’re proud of it. You’ll also spot a silver fern in many of our logos.
Q: Are you really a small company yourselves?
A: Actually, yes we are. We may have a large digital footprint, but at our core, we’re an SMB, just like you.

A: Keep it simple, keep it understandable. No jargon, no “interweb mumbo jumbo” — just plain English. The IT is our part, the business is yours.
