Please note: all our work is anonymised for new contractors, with client identifiers removed. NDAs and non‑compete/contact clauses are standard.

We’re a small, friendly team who work hard and achieve great things together. We’re VERY family‑friendly (being a New Zealand company at heart), so we understand how real people live. We don’t use agencies of any kind for employment or HR — we hire directly so we can choose the best people for our team.
Telephone‑Based Roles
We have roles for telephone‑based team members, covering both telemarketing and telesales. Our telemarketers focus on gathering and checking information for our directories — friendly conversations, accurate details, no selling. Telesales roles come later in the pipeline and involve speaking with businesses who already know us, explaining our services clearly, and helping them choose the right options.
We only hire telephone staff from spoken native‑language countries. For our UK directories, that means UK‑based operators. Clear command and clarity of spoken English is essential for these roles.
£14/hour starting wage + Bonuses
3hr minimum slots worked around you – ie 9:30am-12:30pm
